As soon as your xLobby order has been processed a sales representative from our office will contact you to schedule an appoitment with you for a phone consultation regarding the specific details of setting up a xLobby Cube in your home. xLobby professionals will only use approved parts, products and procedures in the completion of your xLobby Cube installation.

The installation of  your xLobby Cube system is just as important as the product itself. A properly installed system ensures that the unit functions correctly and operates reliably for the life of the product. Your installer will explain the basic operation of your equipment after the installation process.

What does the basic installation cover?

Covers the physical installation of the product, including HDMI to a receiver or display, Internet connection, *Note !* service must be online and the installer must have easy access to a router or switch. Basic setup & programming of the hard drive storage devices and basic operating settings and option selections.
